This has sat in my queue long enough that we can say it is likely I will
never look at it.

I do not consider it useful as there is no standard that says 5.4.0 ->
6.0.0 is more major than 5.4.0 -> 5.5.0.  It really depends on the
software being packaged.  So I do not find the extra colour that useful.

I am open for arguments to be made to counter my opinion.
